We currently ship orders within the United States and Canada only. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to addresses outside these regions at this time.
For orders shipped to Canada, please be aware that international import regulations may apply. Additional details regarding duties, taxes, and customs procedures are outlined in relevant sections below.
Once your payment is successfully confirmed, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Please note:
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays, including but not limited to U.S. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Canadian Thanksgiving.
These non-business days are not counted toward processing or delivery timelines.
Canadian Orders:
Orders shipping to Canada may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing. This allows us to verify shipping information, prepare required customs documentation (such as commercial invoices), and ensure compliance with Canadian import regulations.
Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.
U.S. Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Canada Shipping:
Estimated delivery is 10–25 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination. This timeframe accounts for international transit and possible customs clearance delays.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, or customs processing.
United States:
We primarily ship via USPS for domestic deliveries.
Canada:
Orders are typically shipped using USPS International. The final carrier may vary based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping service.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number:
For U.S. shipments, tracking updates are available throughout the entire delivery process.
For Canadian shipments, tracking may only be available until the package reaches Canadian customs. After that point, updates may be accessed through the local postal service (e.g., Canada Post) or the carrier’s international tracking system.
After dispatch, a shipping confirmation email will be sent with:

U.S. Orders:
Tracking updates are continuous and cover the full journey from our warehouse to delivery.
Canadian Orders:
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear initially. Once the shipment leaves the U.S., updates may be less frequent. For the most accurate status, we recommend checking the local postal service’s website using your tracking number.
If your order is delayed or marked as “delivered” but not received, please follow the steps below:
Check with household members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk or mailroom).
Contact USPS directly using your tracking number for delivery details.
Allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date to account for customs or international transit delays.
Check tracking status with the local postal service or customs authorities—packages may be held if duties or taxes are unpaid.
Confirm with household members, neighbors, or nearby postal locations.
U.S. Orders: Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date marked in tracking.
Canadian Orders: Contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
