We currently ship orders within the United States and Canada only. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to addresses outside these regions at this time.

For orders shipped to Canada, please be aware that international import regulations may apply. Additional details regarding duties, taxes, and customs procedures are outlined in relevant sections below.


2. Order Processing Time

Once your payment is successfully confirmed, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Canadian Orders:
Orders shipping to Canada may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing. This allows us to verify shipping information, prepare required customs documentation (such as commercial invoices), and ensure compliance with Canadian import regulations.

Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

U.S. Orders:
Tracking updates are continuous and cover the full journey from our warehouse to delivery.

Canadian Orders:
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to appear initially. Once the shipment leaves the U.S., updates may be less frequent. For the most accurate status, we recommend checking the local postal service’s website using your tracking number.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or marked as “delivered” but not received, please follow the steps below:

For U.S. Orders

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management (e.g., front desk or mailroom).

  2. Contact USPS directly using your tracking number for delivery details.

For Canadian Orders

  1. Allow an additional 5–7 business days beyond the estimated delivery date to account for customs or international transit delays.

  2. Check tracking status with the local postal service or customs authorities—packages may be held if duties or taxes are unpaid.

  3. Confirm with household members, neighbors, or nearby postal locations.

If the Package Is Still Missing
