Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact (e.g., denim jacket hangtags, lace dress care labels, blazer size stickers).
- Returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery (confirmed by your shipping tracking number).
- Products must remain in original condition: no stains, odors, alterations (e.g., hemming pants on blazers), or signs of use (e.g., stretched denim, frayed lace, or scuffed jacket zippers).
- Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on product pages, including clearance wool coats or promotional lace dresses) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer care team via email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Please include your order number, product name (e.g., “denim jacket size M”), and reason for return.
- Securely pack items in a shipping box (original packaging is preferred) with the RA Number clearly printed on the exterior. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip for reference.
- Ship the return package to the address provided by our care team. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect (see Section 4).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service (e.g., USPS Certified Mail) and keeping the tracking number—we are not liable for lost or misdirected return packages.
Refund Rules:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically 3–5 business days after delivery to our warehouse), we will verify eligibility.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection. Refunds cover only the item’s purchase price, minus any applicable restocking fees (see Section 5).
- Original shipping costs (standard or express) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., sending a stand collar jacket instead of a denim jacket).
- Canadian Customs Duties & Taxes: For orders shipped to Canada, import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or delivery carrier are non-refundable. These charges are imposed by the Canadian government (not ) and will not be included in refunds.
- Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges for size or style preferences. If a wool coat or lace dress doesn’t fit, return it for a refund and place a new order for your desired item. For incorrect items (e.g., wrong blazer size), see Section 4.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If your item arrives defective (e.g., broken zipper on a stand collar jacket, loose stitching on a wool coat, torn lace on a dress), damaged in shipping, or incorrect (e.g., one-shoulder strap instead of a blazer), contact our care team within 30 days with photos of the item and packaging. We will cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund, replacement (if in stock), or store credit—your choice.
Restocking Fees:
- A 10% restocking fee (based on the item’s purchase price) applies in the following cases:
- Returns submitted without a valid RA Number.
- Returns approved outside the 30-day window (at our sole discretion).
- Items with missing tags, damaged packaging, or minor signs of use (e.g., faint makeup stains on a lace dress collar, as assessed by our team).
Exceptions:
- Personalized or custom-made items (e.g., monogrammed blazers, custom-length wool coats) are non-returnable unless defective.
- Items damaged due to improper care (e.g., ironing lace dresses at high heat, machine-drying denim jackets) are ineligible for returns.
